Our Mission
To foster the well-being and effectiveness of our school community and to ensure excellence in the educational environment, thereby assisting pupils in their continual development.
Galbraith School Council works closely with Galbraith staff and families to ensure that the students at Galbraith Elementary receive the best education including technological advances as available, health conscious and enjoyable extracurricular functions including hot lunches, staff appreciation, fundraising, dress-up days, carnivals, concerts, special speakers/entertainers, etc. Galbraith School Council also assists with occasional information seminars and assemblies for parents and guardians.
All parents and guardians of students attending Galbraith can be members of the Galbraith School Council. We would love to see parents and guardians at our meetings to share their thoughts, help plan activities, and ask questions.
Meetings are usually held the second Tuesday of the month during the school year. Our 2024-2025 meeting schedule can be found below.
